<\/div>\n
After reviewing a\u00a0videotape of\u00a0an April 22, 2013<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n
incident <\/span><\/a>on Pacific Ave., we call for an immediate suspension<\/span><\/div>\n
from duties by Officer N.Vasquez pending a full investigation.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Resolution re: Citations for urination\/defecation when public<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
restrooms are closed in the City of Santa Cruz, Ca.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
HUFF calls for the suspension of all\u00a0citations and prosecutions <\/span><\/div>\n
for <\/span>public urination or defecation to be dismissed<\/span><\/div>\n
when issued during hours when no public restroom in the City<\/span><\/div>\n
of Santa Cruz is open.<\/span><\/div>\n
