Barth answers questions from a panel with Funding Matters [FM] honcho Don Lane, Santa Cruz Homeless Union Prez Alicia Kuhl, and perhaps others . Lane’s FM group supports regular police “cleaning” (i.e. destruction) of survival camps on the Coral Street sidewalks in front of Funding Matters and plans to cut off services to the entire ourdoors and housed homeless community in March, in order to expand services to its clients.
