At one point, the crowd had blocked much of Water Street.<\/p>\n<p>No citations or tickets had been issued to demonstrators Saturday as of about 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Occupy Santa Cruz has been holding public demonstrations since Oct. 6 in San Lorenzo Park and at the courthouse steps.
