Bernal Order His Cops to Stand off and Allow Homeless \nActivists to Reopen Camp Phoenix, remain where they are without \nmolestation\n (stop the sweeps!), and\/or allow for self-run triage zones now that \nGovernor Newsom has declared that area surplus space to be designated \nfor homeless use.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\n<strong>Denounce\n the latest cosmetic &#8220;See, We Have Shelter&#8221; lie with the pathetic and \nall-in-the-same-room response of the Vet&#8217;s Hall, the Armory, and Laurel\n St instead of the needed and promised motel rooms.&nbsp; These need to be \nprovided BEFORE symptoms develop, BEFORE testing, TARGETING the most \nvulnerable but providing for all during the crisis.<\/strong><\/li><li>\n<strong>Demand\n immediate transfer of money to shelter the many rather than provide an \nillusion by unsafely sheltering a few, while really providing protective\n cover to the City Council and Board of Supervisors for essentially \ndoing nothing for the great majority and allowing Mills&#8217;
