<strong>&nbsp;The <\/strong><strong>Federal Judge will hear the case<\/strong><strong> to decide if she will lift the injunction&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>that makes it illegal for the City of Santa Cruz or it&#8217;s Police Force to&nbsp;sweep the homeless folks and all their tents and survival gear out of the San Lorenzo Park Benchlands<\/strong> <strong>where they have been living in tents for the last few months of the pandemic<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;
