++ Mayor \u201cFast Lane\u201d Keeley<\/strong> drove refugees out<\/strong> into the rain from the Civic and restricted Depot Park Shelter last spring.  Recently Cops repeated \u201cinto the rain\u201d orders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

++ Keeley & City Mangler Huffaker<\/strong> have no walk-in Winter Armory<\/strong> for the coming cold. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

++ Massive funding ($15 million) was diverted<\/strong> to failed and brutal police enforcement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

++  Roughroad Russell<\/strong>  has already suffered a stroke<\/strong> after being forced to move more than half a dozen times<\/strong>  from City Council\/SCPD\u2019s \u201ccompassionate\u201d Homeless policies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
