HUFF met at the Sub Rosa Café on Wed. May 1st and passed the following 2 resolutions:
Resolution re: SCPD Officer N.Vasquez Badge # 145
After reviewing a videotape of an April 22, 2013
incident on Pacific Ave., we call for an immediate suspension
from duties by Officer N.Vasquez pending a full investigation.
Resolution re: Citations for urination/defecation when public
restrooms are closed in the City of Santa Cruz, Ca.
HUFF calls for the suspension of all citations and prosecutions
for public urination or defecation to be dismissed
when issued during hours when no public restroom in the City
of Santa Cruz is open.
